Aimee and Irene Orozco of Maywood, California recently enlisted the services of Concierge Home Remodeling to design and construct a custom kitchen remodel. The family had been referred to our company by a friend and was looking to completely update the look of their existing kitchen in just under two months.

The project began by discussing the Orozco’s vision for their custom kitchen remodel. We proposed a P-shaped floorplan for the space that would allow for efficient use of all available room and maximize storage space. We also suggested a louvered style cabinet set in order to provide an open, airy feel to the space. The countertop chosen was quartz for its classic good looks, durability and easy maintenance. The couple also chose a single-basin undermount sink, vinyl flooring and accent lighting to complete their look.

Once the design phase was complete, our team got to work on constructing the new kitchen. We began by removing all existing cabinetry and appliances before installing the new cabinets in their place. Once they were securely fastened, we added the new quartz countertops along with the sink and appliances, making sure everything was level and secure. Flooring was then laid followed by lighting fixtures to give it all a finished look.

Throughout the process we worked closely with Aimee and Irene Orozco, providing them with updates on progress as well as high quality customer service. Our team was able to complete the project within two months as requested, resulting in a beautiful new kitchen that went above and beyond what the couple had envisioned for their home.
