Recently, Concierge Home Remodeling had the opportunity to work with Andy and Lizz on a bathroom remodel in their home located in Los Angeles. The project entailed a complete overhaul of the existing space to give it a more modern and aesthetically pleasing look.

The goal of the remodel was to make the bathroom not only more visually appealing but also more functional. This included replacing the outdated toilet, shower, vanity, cabinets, countertops, sinks, and flooring. To ensure that the new layout was properly executed, Concierge Home Remodeling drew up a full bath layout plan with custom features such as a manual mixer shower, rectangular enclosure tub/shower combo, hinged door shower design with tile material and accessibility features like handheld shower heads. They chose to install a three-wall alcove tub and dual-flush toilet for maximum efficiency. A wall mounted/floating vanity made out of solid plywood with louvered cabinets was added for additional storage space. Granite countertops and composite sinks rounded off the look of the room nicely. Natural stone tile flooring provided the perfect finishing touch to this beautiful bathroom remodel.

The project wasn’t without its challenges though; plumbing issues posed an issue but were eventually solved by expert plumbers from Concierge Home Remodeling’s team. Keeping the bathroom functional during construction was also a priority for both parties involved which resulted in minimal disruption during this two month period. Mold was another obstacle that had to be addressed so extra steps were taken to ensure proper ventilation was installed throughout the space before completion.

In the end, Andy and Lizz were extremely pleased with the results of their bathroom remodel performed by Concierge Home Remodeling. The increased functionality as well as aesthetic appeal of their newly renovated bathroom not only improved their quality of life but also increased their property value significantly.
